This excursion is offered at no cost and participation is limited. By registering, you acknowledge that you are reserving one of a finite number of spots. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent other interested members from participating and create unnecessary burden for fellow participants.

By registering, you agree that if you are uncertain about your availability, you should not hold a spot. Please register only if you are fully committed to attending for the duration of the excursion.

Event Disclaimer

By registering for this excursion, you agree that this trip is member-led and community-organized. It is not an official, guided, or operated trip of OVERLAND VAN CLUB | THE REVEL CLUB.

For this excursion, the OVERLAND VAN CLUB | THE REVEL CLUB:

• Will not provide professional guides, instructors, or trip leaders

• Will not assume responsibility for planning, route selection, safety decisions, vehicle suitability, weather conditions, or participant conduct

• Will not provide medical, mechanical, navigation, recovery, or emergency services

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

By registering for and participating in this excursion, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Overland travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, illness, wildlife encounters, remote travel hazards, weather exposure, and limited access to emergency services

• You are solely responsible for assessing your own skills, health, vehicle condition, equipment, and preparedness

• You assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions during the excursion

You hereby release, waive, and hold harmless OVERLAND VAN CLUB | THE REVEL CLUB, its founders, officers, volunteers, affiliates, and members from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in this excursion.
