Moab 4x4/AWD Van Training Cancellation Policy – 2026

1.  Cancellations by Participant

Due to the proximity of this event, all registrations are non-refundable.

If the event is sold out and a waitlist exists, we will make every reasonable effort to fill your spot. If your registration is successfully transferred to another participant, a 10% service/administrative fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

If your spot cannot be filled from the waitlist, you may transfer your registration to another participant; however, securing a replacement is your responsibility. We are happy to assist where possible, but a replacement cannot be guaranteed.

2. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover personal expenses in case of an unexpected cancellation. [travel and trip cancellation insurance here]
