Moab 4x4/AWD Van Training Cancellation Policy – 2026

1. Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by Participant:

• 60 days or more before the event (before 4:00 pm on July 13, 2026): Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 59 days or less before the event (after 4:00 pm on July 13, 2026): No refunds. However, if the event is sold out and we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot. If we successfully fill your spot, you may transfer your registration to another participant.
• If no one from the waitlist fills your spot: You may still transfer your registration to another participant, but finding a replacement is your responsibility. We will assist in trying to help find a replacement, but it is not guaranteed.
   

3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover personal expenses in case of an unexpected cancellation. [travel and trip cancellation insurance here]
