Moab 4x4/AWD Van Training Cancellation Policy ā 2026
1. Deposits:
All deposits areĀ non-refundable.
2. Cancellations by Participant:
- 60 days or more before the event (before 4:00 pm on July 16, 2026):Ā Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 59 days or less before the event (after 4:00 pm on July 16, 2026):Ā No refunds. However, if the event is sold out and we have a waitlist, we will attempt to fill your spot. If we successfully fill your spot, you may transfer your registration to another participant.
- If no one from the waitlist fills your spot:Ā You may still transfer your registration to another participant, but finding a replacement is your responsibility. We will assist in trying to help find a replacement, but it isĀ not guaranteed.
