Big Bend Backroads Excursion 2026 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Participant

• 60 days or more prior to the event (before 4:00 PM PT on August 23, 2026): A full refund will be issued, less a 10% service/administrative fee.
• 59 days or less prior to the event (after 4:00 PM PT on August 23, 2026):
  No refunds will be issued. If the event is sold out and a waitlist exists, we will attempt to fill your spot. If your spot is successfully filled, you may transfer your registration to another participant, subject to a 10% service/administrative fee.
• If your spot is not filled from the waitlist:
  You may still transfer your registration to another participant; however, securing a replacement is your responsibility. We are happy to assist where possible, but replacement is not guaranteed.

2. Travel Insurance
