Grahamsville is a small community at the junction of NY 42 and 55 in the Town of Neversink, in Sullivan County, New York. It is near the western end of Rondout Reservoir, and is the southernmost community in the Catskill Park.

Get ready for a relaxed and fun-filled weekend with fellow van enthusiasts in the heart of the Catskills! Whether you're looking to explore the stunning fall scenery, tackle some off-road trails, or swap tips on van mods, this meetup has something for everyone.
Day 2: October 11, 2025
Saturday FunÂ
Daytime: Enjoy free time to explore the Catskills—go hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, or check out the local antique shops and museums. Music lovers can visit the legendary Woodstock Concert site in Bethel, NY!
Off-Roading Adventures (TBD): We are currently coordinating with Northeast Offroad Adventures (NORA) to design some simple guided off-road excursions for us. There will be an extra charge for this and space will be limited—scroll down below for more details!Â
Van Mod Time: Got small mods to install or want to share your DIY skills? Bring your tools and let’s tinker together!Â

Saturday Evening
Group Dinner (TBD) – 6:00 PM – Dinner plans are currently being finalized. We are working to either secure a caterer (which may include an additional fee) or coordinate a progressive dinner like last time. We’ll provide updates as we get closer to the dates.
Campfire Hangout – Unwind under the stars with good company and great stories.
*If we get a Kp6 or Kp7 storm and clear skies, there's an excellent view of the Northern Lights directly from the property.

Adventure Van Tour & Training | 2-Day Event | Hunter & Ellenville, NY
Hunter Mountain Excursion & Training after Catskills Van Meet UpÂ
We are excited for the special program that Scott Trager from NORA put together for our group.
There is a Hunter Mountain excursion on Sunday 10/12 and Spotting & Off Roading Obstacle Course Training Program on Monday 10/13 with boondocking on NORA's property near Donna's on Sunday night.Â
Adventure Vans!
This is a fun tour & training event! Day One starts at Hunter Mtn Ski Resort in the morning with a short forest driving tour followed by precision driving skills challenges held at Hunter North’s lower mountain. After the tour, you are welcome to stay and enjoy Hunter’s Oktoberfest activities until 5pm with no fee for general admission and parking. Registered participants for Monday’s class will drive from Hunter on scenic (paved) back mountain roads for about 1.25 hours to Boondock overnight at NORA in Ellenville. Day Two includes morning workshops for spotting & off road driving techniques.

11am – 1pm: Forest drive & fun skills challenge at Hunter’s North Side lower mountain.
1pm – 5pm: Enjoy Oktoberfest Public Festivities (no charge to attend)or spotting & off road driving techniques.
Day 2 Ellenville:
Mon, Oct 13, 2025
Prior to onsite: View 1 hour recorded off road safety & tips presentation
Sun evening to Mon morning: Boondock at NORA Ellenville
8am – 9am: Spotting Workshop
9am – 10:30am: Obstacle Course Driving Techniques

Vehicle Requirements: Bring your stock (unmodified) or modified 4×4 Adventure Van with 4-Low or AWD, rear recovery point (i.e. tow hooks or hitch) and at least 8″ of ground clearance. Vehicle must be street legal, registered, insured and drivers must have a valid license. Call us with any questions.
IMPORTANT: Driving on the Hunter Mtn trail network is only accessible through a NORA driving tour. Unescorted vehicles on the trails are trespassing and occupants may be prosecuted.
